Group Name: Tremendoulicious.
The name tremendoulicious is taken from the word tremendous which means great, incredible, awesome etc. It took a while for us to name our group because we want it to be something great with our website outcome later. After discuss with the others, we all agree to name it tremendoulicious.

How did you choose your group member and group leader?
After that, Dr Mai asked us to pick a group leader in a group to monitor our work performance throughout the project. We chose Zulkarnain as a group leader because he is the oldest among all of us, and he was once a group leader before in other subject. So, he has the experience of being a leader.
Topic of Project
Since the online magazine is the avant-garde towards trendy lifestyle which focus more starting from the age 21 to 35 years old, so we decided to choose Music as our topic for the online magazine project. Why do we choose Music in the first place is because at the age 21 to 35, people at certain level are looking and searching for the newest trend and music. So, since music have been a great impact in the world today by so many genres introduced by the artist nowadays, it could be a great topic for our project by giving the latest news about the artist, let the world know who is artist of the month and so on.
Concept/Theme of Project
Our concept or theme for our project is the latest trend music. So, we narrow it down and focus more on Music and Pop Culture. We choose Lady Gaga as our pop icon for this project. She have been a big impact in the music industry and brought changes in the pop music. Not only that, by giving updates on the latest music trend, it will attract the readers attention to browse through.

1) We discuss about changing the name of the magazine, STAIRCASE to a better name that will be able to enter the market demands for buyer to buy.
2) The new name for the magazine is LA'VIE which means 'LIFE' in french.
3) The slogan, elegant is too classical and oldies, so we discuss on a new slogan which is avant garde.

Blog progress
Our blog is create by Maslina. First ,we had a meeting and discuss what theme we should use in our blog. Because we are producing the POP Music, so we decided to use the soft colour and classical design in our blog.
Our blog first post was the minutes. That is our group first meeting minutes which in 9th of July. In this meeting we discuss about the idea of our magazine. The two following posts were our second and third meeting minutes also .In this two meeting we are continue discussing the detail of our idea and ready start to work out the main page. We choose the POP music to be our group content. We had think out the idea of Artist of the Month. And we also divided our page into 5 part. Which is Lady GaGa ,Glee, News and Gossips, Pop History and Zee Avi. Each group member will take part a part of it.
After the minutes is our individual task .So every members posted the introduce of their part .We also posted the design and idea of our individual page after the 4th meeting. And the design of our main page also posted out after the group members design and draw it together.
The second individual task are posted after we done and confirm our main page and individual page layout. The posts were presented the detail of individual page .Each member had wrote out the content of the page .
After we done the web magazine design, we also posted the journal reflection of every members. The last post is the report of our project.Milestones achieved
At start, after we discussing we had choose the music to be our magazine content. And we found out there were many type of music in this world. So we had choose the POP music because we both like POP music. We had a idea to focus on a POP singer to be our Artist if the Month.So we had choose Lady GaGa because she is one of the superstar singer in POP music.
After this, we start to divided our page into five part which is Lady GaGa , Glee, News and Gossips, Pop History and Zee Avi. So that each member can take part of one title. And we also started think out the idea and design of our main page and theme.
We sketch out of the layout of our main page and go to the lab do the design together. But we adjust the design of the main page after we got consult from our lecture assistants. Because the layout of our first design was not fit with the wed page size.
After the main page was our individual page. We had set the theme to same and only the colour was different between our single pages. Every design of our button also same and only the colour were different.
When we start to design and insert the content into flash, we decided to use the ActionScript 3.0 which is more complicated than older version. So we were failed to link up our page to the main page. After discussing, we decided redo the flash and change it to ActionScript 2.0 version. So finally we had link up all the page successfully and start doing the report.

1.How is your understanding of the topic after doing the
project? Understanding about interactive multimedia?
I am understanding much about interactive multimedia because I was learning how to create a multimedia project and realized the important of multimedia for human.We can learn more fast and memorize more easily with those element like sound,video,image and text
2.What were the problems faced since Proposal 2? How did you/your team solve your group problems?
We faced the problem that we could not link up all the page and we try to change to use the actionscript 2.0.Finally we solve the problem because it is much easier than the actionscript we used before.
3.What would you do differently next time?
I will do more in the animation and maybe just in a single page and not few pages so i can focus on one place.
4.How is your motivation level?
My motivation is middle because before I start the work I dont have the technique of the Flash so I need to called for help or explored myself.
5.How was working with your group / group leader?
It feel good and relax working with group because we make the decision so fast and problem coming we just solve it.
6.How was it working on the project?
We try to finish our work by individual and give opinion on the work.After one member finish and pass to another member to link up the pages.
7.Update on what you have been writing previously.
I have follow the step what i had been in youtube.com and asking from my friend.
8.How were your teammates/Group leader?
Can see the motivation of group members when the date is coming.
9.Personal evaluation of your own effort and that of your team.
Not so good but also not bad at all. There is great room for improvementSame as me and group.

Assignment 2 - CV
Assignment 2 is all about navigation. So we were told to create a resume/profile cv for our assignment. As you can see my resume is simple cause everything is design on one page.
In the page, you'll see the banner with my name Iskandar, some profile information and picures.
For the button i used font button when you roll over or click it'll change color. The button is for the pictures.

1)How is your understanding of the topic after doing the project? Understanding about interactive multimedia?
2)What were the problems faced since Proposal 2? How did you/your team solve your group problems?
I’ve learnt so much about the topic from the project. I’m able to understand about the navigation of the multimedia and designing the layout of the project. After doing the first and second assignments i'm already on a go. Both assignment help me for my project. Team work also helps me to share ideas and help each other.
2)What were the problems faced since Proposal 2? How did you/your team solve your group problems?
Since we have never work before, we decided to experience each other. Well theirs is definitely some communication problem. Clash of ideas but at the end we see on the bright side. What best for the team and project. What can be done and not. The main problem that we faced as a group when we're unable to linking all the pages since all of the pages has multi-layers.
3)What would you do differently next time?
Communicate well with each other. Communication is a tool of any success story.
4)How is your motivation level?
I was very pump up of this project. I was excited to this project as I really love this subject and everything about it. My motivation level was at its peak.
5)How was working with your group / group leader?
Working with group was fine for me as I prefer more to work individually. But since it’s a big project we need each others. One can’t handle this huge stress of work. I was the pusher of the team. I tried my best to inform and remind everyone to make sure do their part and don’t wait till last minute. I wish our group leader would have a say for at least once and take his role as a leader.
6)How was it working on the project?
Working on this project was stress yet it was so much fun. After all the laborious work we’re satisfied with the outcome.
7)Update on what you have been writing previously?
I've been working on the project design and layout looking over the video tutorials on youtube.
8)How were your teammates/Group leader?
My teammates was great. I had fun working with them. The group leader was a bit too relax. But he’s fine. I just wish he would take his role seriously as a leader next time he was chosen as one.
9)Personal evaluation of your own effort and that of your team
To rate my effort on this project on a scale 1 to 10, I rate myself 9. This is because I was devoted to my work and this project. I help designing the main page and the editor’s page. I also come out with the idea what we need to have on our music sections. I suggest the navigation of the pages. I also took on the role as a person who step up and remind everyone all the time not to forget to do their part.
