Individual Task by Amalina - redo-

This is the first page of News section. I choose Lindsay Lohan issue as a main news, since she is a well-known singer and actress. And the issue of she's going to jail is really catch everyone attention.

Generally, it is a very simple idea, i choose light pink as my main colour and a 2 types of hot pink to be my button colour.
For the main link at the left side of the page, every link when the mouse hit the button, the colour of the font will change and there will be a "ping" sound when we are trying to click on it.

For the TOPCHARTS page, i've put 3TOPVIDEOS link into it instead of TOP10UK & TOP10 US.

I do some editing to the picture, i compile it into one big picture to represent the top 10 of the the represent country. I resize it into the same size for each picture and fit them in to one new big picture.

For the hird link IN TOWN. I choose Usher to be the artist will be in town.

 

 

Assigment 2- Amalina

We have benn given a task to do a profile resume. I make 3 pages for my resume.
The first page is an introduction, i make it animated, the lines is coming out one by one
The second page is Home, i put my banner in my 2nd page.
The third page is about me, i put some details about me.

Assignment 1 - Amalina

For my assignment 1, i choose topic about Pet & Me.
All of the pictures i do it myself, i draw every part of the cat using Adobe Illustrator.

Cats
- i make a movement on the legs, i draw it separately with the head. I draw 2 different directions of the legs.
-i make 2 different mouth, one is a sad face and the other one is a smiley face. I do it differently, when the cat walk alone in the park, it looks very sad, and when she met her owner, she's happy.

Me
-i dont do much on the human, i make the eyes blinking and it moves from outside into the frame.

Journal Reflections by Amalina

1. How is your understanding of the topic after doing the project? Understanding about interactive multimedia?

After i’ve done the project, i know more about how to create a webpage using adobe flash, how the actionscript works, and how to put the actionscript in the right place. It is very fun, and indeed we can create a very interactive webpages using the flash.

2. What were the problems faced since Proposal 2? How did you/your team solve your group problems?

The major problem that we have faced is the communication problem, we are rarely seeing each other to discuss about the project. We solved it by helping each other, because we know it was everyone fault because being so quiet and we interact with each other using Online Messenger, and passing all the works through email

3. What would you do differently next time?

I will do the work earlier because we can get the better result. Since we are doing it a very last minute, we cant do more on it. We are really out of time and all the ideas also limited. And even though we have some new idea to improve our webpages. We dont have much time to take a risk to do it, just incase it will spoil the other works that has completed.

4. How is your motivation level?

I do give all my commitment to the project.I do understand that everyone is busy and im not blaming anyone for the problems that has occurred.It is all about effort and understanding to each other.

5. How was working with your group / group leader?

It was fun but a bit difficult because we are first time to be in the same group.But everyone are doing great and doing their own task excellently.

6. How was it working on the project?

It is tiring and need a lot of effort, since this is my first time using Adobe Flash. I need to learn it by myself by doing research online on how to use Adobe Flash.

7. Update on what you have been writing previously

I do follow all the instruction on YouTube and some online instruction on how to make it more interactive and fun. I do share what i’ve learnt with my group members.

8. How were your teammates/Group leader?

My teammates are doing great. Everyone is doing their job.

9. Personal evaluation of your own effort and that of your team

I do give my 100% effort to complete the project. I give all my commitment by interact with all my group members. I do update myself about the project just to make sure that everything is fine.

The link to the top 10 list, i do some "hit" effect to it, when the mouse click on it, the colour will change into white.
